Meridion participated in Chalmers’ career fair #CHARM. It was two intense days where we had the opportunity to meet many wonderful students and share insights about Meridion as a company and our trainee program.

Meridion’s trainee program develops newly graduated students into market leading M3 consultants.

This fall, we are launching the next round of our trainee program and will be hiring 3-4 people. The first few months focus on training, both internally through our own experts, covering our project methodology, the consultant role, and Meridion’s strategies, and externally through our partner Infor to learn the application.

After the training, the focus shifts to practical application and integrating into projects alongside colleagues. The goal is to give our trainees the opportunity to collaborate with as many people as possible in the office and grow into their new role as consultants.
