Meridion’s concept “Supply Chain for real” involves analyzing manufacturing and distribution companies in Sweden. We have now conducted this analysis on nearly 20 companies. The data gathered serves as the foundation for a thesis presented by Felicia Turesson and Ottilia Bergström from the Master’s Program in Supply Chain at Chalmers.
The data-driven analysis is complemented by in-depth interviews at KraftPowercon, where supervisor Mattias Dahlgren described the working methods. This work continues the research of Prof. Patrik Jonsson and Stig Arne Mattsson on Best practice vid lagerstyrning i svensk industri.
