On May 26–28, it’s finally time for the MAF Working Together Conference in Linköping, and we are proud to be a Gold Exhibitor!
During the conference, we will host training sessions for MAF members with a focus on Supply Chain. We will also participate in a joint presentation session together with Paulig.
Tuesday, May 26 – Training Sessions
14.00 – 14.45 Data Lake, Data Pipelining, ETL and Process Value
Relevant for cloud.
The importance of streaming data from M3 and other sources to enable analysis and execution is an increasingly important part of the future “Composable Cloud.”
In this session, Meridion will present several different alternatives related to Infor’s Data Lake, external sources, and analytics via Qlik. The different setups impact both efficiency and cost, as business models shift from user-based pricing to data-volume-based streaming models.
15.15 – 16.00 Supply Models and Internal Supply in Infor M3
Relevant for both on-prem and cloud.
In this session, we will review how supply chains (Supply Models) are used in M3 to manage internal and external supply between sales companies, warehouses, and factories, as well as replenishment and execution.
We will focus on how to set up and maintain supply models in MMS056 and how to create internal supply chains between factories and warehouses. We will demonstrate detailed configurations in MMS057 and MMS065 for automatic replenishment and pick order creation.
We will also show how supply models impact MRP, distribution orders, prioritization of supply sources, and fallback strategies, and how proper setup enables stable, automated supply. After the session, you will have a clear understanding of how to use supply models to support both operational execution and planning in M3.
16.15 – 17.0 Financial capabilities for managing an uncertain world
Relevant for both on-prem and cloud.
Supply Chain Resilience, how companies can secure their goods flow through tactical and practical measures in a changing world, is a key challenge.
In this training session, we will demonstrate the various financial capabilities in M3 and explore how to financially control risks such as currency fluctuations, order delays, and facility-related risks through strong liquidity and balance sheet management.
Wednesday, May 21 – Joint Presentation Session with Customer Case
13.30 – 14.15 How Paulig uses Process Mining to improve Supply Chain Management and Order to Cash
Infor Velocity Suite is part of Infor’s cloud offering and consists of three main components: Process Mining, Automation, and AI. The suite enables organizations to diagnose processes through Process Mining, automate them with RPA, and enhance them using AI.
Together with Chalmers, Infor, and Paulig, Meridion has taken a comprehensive approach to exploring how Process Mining and Infor Velocity Suite can create real insight and improvement capabilities within organizations.
The objective has been to truly investigate how much the new technological tools can support a business, diagnose processes, and identify development areas using Process Mining.
We look forward to meeting you at Linköping Konsert & Kongress — see you there!
