We are very pleased to welcome Åsa Jansson as the new Chief Executive Officer of Meridion. With her extensive and broad experience in leadership, change management, and digital development, Åsa will play a key role in driving our continued growth journey forward.
As Åsa steps into the role of CEO, Johan Bystedt – one of Meridion’s owners and founders – will increase his focus on the business development of Meridion’s visualization concept, the Qlik business, and new establishments, bringing many opportunities for our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Anderstorp.
Åsa most recently held the position of management consultant at Prové – part of Frontit – where she worked with business development, change management, and leadership coaching, always with people at the center. She has an impressive background in both the private and public sectors, including previous leadership roles at Gothenburg Opera and Volvo Group, where she demonstrated strong, values-driven leadership.
With a Master of Science in Engineering from Chalmers and a deep understanding of both the role of technology and culture in organizational development, Åsa has proven to be particularly skilled at leading complex transformation journeys, digitalization initiatives, and building strong teams.
